Ohhh, Chocolate.....

I did not get my dessert over to TheHouse in the Roses in time for the Dessert Carnival. But, I still want to share my dessert with everybody. If you have not visited Cieleo's beautiful House in the Roses, stop by and visit.

Snicker Pudding Pie
2 cups cold milk
2 pkg. (4 serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor instant Pudding and Pie Filling
1 Tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping,
thawed, divided
2 Snicker Bars (reg. size), chopped, divided
1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1 square Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
Beat mild and dry pudding mixes with whisk 2 min. or until well blended.
Gently stir in half of the whipped topping and all but 3Tbsp. of the candy.
Spoon into Crust
Top with remaining whipped topping and candy.
Drizzle with chocolate.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Store leftovers in refrigerator.
I made this for a Pie Auction for Cancer
and it sold for $42.00!!
Hope you try it and love it like we all do!!
Any other Candy Bar could be used
instead of Snicker Bars.
Lotsa Love,
Gig

Gig!!! Happy Birthday Baby!!! Ahhhhhhhh...another year older. Doesn't it feel terrific! Well of course I'm laughing. Have you noticed anything "saggin'" more than it was last year. Yup! Me too! Welcome to middle age. :)

I'm wearing a party dress from India, all the beautiful bling, no shoes and my hair is up and I'm ready to dance. I watched Bindi's video and think I'm ready to be your backup dancer. You're in blue. Right? I'm in the peachy-pink number. Honey, if we can line dance and do the hustle, we can pretty much do anything! And we can surely pick lemons (watch the video with the sound off...you get subtitles! Yup, you're dancin' for lemons!). Too funny.

It's going to be a beautiful year: Mr. Big is healthy, toxic fumes from the salon will continue to waft into your nose and kids will be kids to substitute teachers. What more could you ask for? Oh, that's right, roses from Suzanne's garden and a chocolate heart cake. Unfortunately, I'm unable to post successfully, so you're screwed. We may have to extend your birthday to week two in the event I'm unable to post. This bouquet will not die and that cake has so many preservatives it should last a year. I'm trying honey!

On a sadder note, I.V.'s friend committed suicide. I think he could use you.

Love you so much,
Suze XO

Hi Gig!

Just stopping by to see what you're up to. Nothing apparently! Just read on Jo's blog that Mark's birthday is Monday the 19th, which of course means we'll have to celebrate it in the states on the 18th. Let's all discuss who wants to do the honors at the Wild Onion. I love taking turns ~ Bindi's post to you was wonderful. I still have my bouquet photos for you, but as you know I've had trouble posting until yesterday. So, as soon as I have some time, I'll get them up. It's one heck of a bouquet and fortunately it's still sitting on the table in my foyer and lookin' good baby! Just like you! Wait, you aren't sitting on my table in the foyer, are you? I'll go check. Nope, you're smart, you're in Michigan sleeping!

Sleep tight sweetie.
Love you,
Suze XO

I love you baby! Thank you for your support and love during a very difficult time. I'm about to go in for testing and will keep you informed. I just started to laugh. I can't believe the friends I've found through blogging. It's amazing, isn't it?

I hope things have calmed down in your life, so you can get back to what you do best...blogging!!! I'm glad you like the birthday bouquet. I think it was one of the best I've ever picked.

Love you dear friend ~ have a beautiful day,
